Dispatch

Pieces held in stock are usually dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and personalised pieces take longer; we confirm the expected timeline with you in writing.

Delivery within India

Domestic orders are sent by insured courier with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination.

International delivery

We can arrange international despatch on request. Import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Tracking and receipt

Tracking details are shared once your parcel leaves our workshop. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us promptly if anything appears damaged.
